Account help
Get back to your stories
Keep your password, email codes, and recovery codes private. Support will never ask you to send them.
Forgot your password?
For an email-and-password account, choose sign in, then select “Reset password” on the secure sign-in screen. Follow the reset link sent to the email address on your account. Check spam if it does not arrive. Reset links expire and cannot be reused.
If you use Google, choose “Continue with Google” and recover access through Google if needed. The Stories password-reset form cannot reset a Google password. Your saved projects stay attached to the original account.
Still signed in on another device?
Save your work and download important projects and photos from Manage. In My account, “Sign out all devices” ends current Stories in Full sessions. It does not sign you out of your email provider.
Lost access to your email?
Try your email provider’s recovery process first. If that does not work, contact support for a review. Tell us the affected account email and how we can reply. Do not attach identification documents, payment details, private photos, passwords, or security codes.
We cannot automatically replace an email address, merge accounts, or give someone a project because they know its title or birthday. Support must establish ownership using reliable existing account evidence. If ownership cannot be established safely, access cannot be restored. Creating a new account will not transfer your old projects.
Teen accounts and incorrect age details
We check your birth date and country when you create an account, then reuse the saved age group for later sign-ins. An older account without a completed check must finish it once before opening its workspace. A parent or guardian can help you contact support, but does not automatically receive access to your private account. Contact us if your recorded age group is incorrect or you have turned 18. Re-entering a different birthday does not unlock adult features.
Think someone else has access?
Secure your email or Google account first. If you have a Stories email-and-password account, reset that password too. Use “Sign out all devices” if you can access My account; this ends existing Stories sessions, including those opened through Google. Contact support if you cannot. Never approve a login or share a code for someone claiming to be support.
